My interest in advertising and communications led me to QUT where I earned degrees in Business, majoring in Advertising, and Creative Industries, majoring in Media and Communications, graduating with Distinction.
Big agency experience
I spent three years working at one of Australia’s top media agencies, MediaCom, where I was responsible for planning and buying advertising space across all media, including digital. This involved researching an audience’s media habits; negotiating prices for advertising space on behalf of clients; and reporting on the success of the advertising post campaign.
I then moved to advertising sales at frankie magazine, helping small businesses reach the frankie magazine audience through print and online advertising.
Going Out On My Own
After building up experience in agency-land and advertising sales I felt ready to start my own digital marketing company. At Good Impressions, my focus is bringing you the right kind of clients through targeted and trackable online activity, including pay per click search engine marketing, search engine optimisation and social media advertising.
